Welcome to MJWinLog. By downloading or using the MJWinLog app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before use.

By accessing or using MJWinLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MJWinLog is a personal logging tool that helps you record, organize, and review your mahjong winning hands. The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Image Recognition Feature

MJWinLog includes an optional image recognition feature that uses Google's Gemini API to identify mahjong tiles from photos you provide. This feature is offered as a convenience and is provided "as is." Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect. You should always review and verify any recognized output before saving. MJWinLog is not responsible for errors produced by the image recognition feature.

6. Data and Privacy

All hand logs, patterns, and statistics are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to MJWinLog's servers. When you use the optional image recognition feature, the photo you provide is sent to Google's Gemini API solely for the purpose of tile identification. 7. Intellectual Property

MJWinLog and its content, design, and functionality are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MJWinLog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJWinLog and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
